Job Description


We are seeking a full-time Social Media Recruiter to support our growing operations by recruiting Paramedics and EMTs, etc for multiple sites across various states. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and monitoring targeted social media recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates for both full-time and part-time field positions.

The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and experienced in using social media platforms to reach specific geographic markets and high-demand healthcare roles.


Responsibilities



  • Create, launch, and manage social media recruiting campaigns for Paramedic and EMT positions
  • Develop engaging recruitment content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Build location-specific ads targeting priority states and regions
  • Monitor campaign performance, applicant flow, and engagement metrics
  • Adjust ad targeting, content, and strategy to improve results
  • Track recruiting metrics including clicks, leads, applications, and cost-per-applicant
  • Collaborate with management to support urgent and ongoing hiring needs
  • Maintain consistent employer branding across all recruiting channels
  • Onboarding and updating all roles across the job boards


Qualifications



  • Experience in social media recruiting or digital recruitment marketing
  • Knowledge of TikTok and Instagram advertising platforms
  • Strong understanding of geo-targeted advertising
  • Ability to create short-form recruiting content and messaging
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recruiting campaigns at once


Preferred Qualifications



  • Healthcare, EMS, or frontline workforce recruiting experience
  • Multi-state or multi-location hiring experience
  • Experience managing paid social media advertising
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
