Key Responsibilities
Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits)
Ensure competitive, fair and consistent compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with company strategy, internal equity principles and external market benchmarks
Lead and manage annual compensation processes, including salary review, short and long-term incentive schemes (STIP and LTIP), retention initiatives and promotion-related adjustments
Provide guidance and recommendations on compensation packages for new hires, internal mobility and critical roles, ensuring consistency across business lines and geographies
Partner closely with Finance and People Business Partners to ensure reward decisions are aligned with budget constraints and workforce planning assumptions
Maintain and continuously evolve job architecture and role benchmarking to support clarity, transparency and organizational alignment
Lead and coordinate benefits harmonization initiatives across countries, ensuring alignment with company principles, cost sustainability and overall employee value proposition
Define, review and update compensation-related policies and guidelines (e.g. company car policy, travel policy, allowances and other reward components), ensuring consistency, governance and alignment with market practices
Ensure accuracy, governance and proper documentation of compensation and benefits data within Workday, maintaining high standards of data quality and compliance
Workforce Planning
Support the definition and ongoing monitoring of workforce plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities, strategic objectives and financial targets
Provide data-driven insights on headcount evolution and workforce costs to support informed decision-making
Ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of workforce data across systems and reporting tools, maintaining high standards of data quality and governance
Key Requirements
Degree in HR, Economics, Business or related field
6-8+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits and Workforce Planning
Strong analytical skills and experience managing complex data
Experience in international and matrix organizations
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
Advanced Excel and HRIS knowledge (Workday or comparable system)
