What you'll do:

As the Senior Talent Development Program Manager, you'll play a strategic role in shaping and executing learning and development initiatives that drive growth, performance, and alignment with Bank’s mission, vision, and values. You'll be responsible for serving as a key architect of development programs that cultivate leadership, enhance organizational capability, and reinforce our culture across all levels of the bank.In this highly visible role, you will partner closely with senior leaders, HR partners, and program stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning experiences. As a Senior Learning and Development Program Manager you'll oversee flagship programs such as the Senior Leadership Development Programs while also leading the creation of new initiatives that address evolving business needs and talent priorities.
  • Responsible for supporting Learning and Development leadership in leading the execution and continuous improvement of development programs, including annual planning, communications, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of live and virtual learning events.
  • Monitor participant progress and engagement, maintaining regular touchpoints with managers and participants to ensure high-impact outcomes and alignment with development goals.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Talent Development leadership to design and operationalize new programs that support strategic talent initiatives.  Develop and facilitate professional development workshops focused on leadership, communication, and other core capabilities, both in-person and virtually.
  • Actively engage with business leaders and stakeholders to gather feedback, identify needs, and incorporate best practices into program design and delivery. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging learning methodologies to continuously elevate the effectiveness and relevance of development offerings.
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the team providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to build internal capability and ensure program excellence.

What you'll need:

  • 8+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Advanced ability and experience in managing development programs, training, instructional design, soft skills facilitation and development.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Expert speaking and writing communication skills.
  • Occasional travel required.
