In this role, you'll be responsible for bringing our company's success formula to life through dynamic and effective learning initiatives. You will be a strategic partner to our business leaders, identifying critical skill gaps and designing innovative solutions to upskill our teams. You'll own the entire learning cycle, from initial needs analysis and curriculum development to implementation and measuring success.
What You'll Be Doing:
Developing and building content for strategic initiatives focused on company culture, compliance, and leadership development.
Designing and delivering programs: Lead the full learning lifecycle for new programs, from course design to deployment and evaluation.
Driving innovation: Lead efforts to simplify and improve the user experience by leveraging new technologies and methodologies to increase quality and efficiency.
Building partnerships: Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to create and deploy training that meets their specific needs and aligns with our company’s goals.
Measuring impact: Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, making data-driven improvements.
Managing and mentoring: Guide and mentor a small design team, helping to develop their skills and provide leadership within the department.
A bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior, Education (Adult), Human Resource Management, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in a training or learning role with a strong focus on instructional design.
Proven success in developing and leading training for various topics, including onboarding, technology, safety/compliance, and leadership.
Expertise in the entire instructional design process, including needs analysis and curriculum development, using the ADDIE methodology.
Strong proficiency with instructional design tools, including Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline), Vyond, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
A highly collaborative individual with a proven ability to build strong, strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills with the ability to adjust your style to different audiences.
A strong results-orientation, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deliverables on time.
