Role:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist- Employer Branding at Abbott Vietnam, you will play a critical role in shaping and strengthening company reputation and employer brand on social media platforms. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a strong and consistent brand image.
Accountabilities:
- Oversees company's employment branding strategies
- Design and implement programs regarding company's social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding while ensuring strong alignment with business needs.
- Manage recruitment marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract top talent, especially in Gen Z talents attraction
- Collaborate with relevant colleagues across APAC and global to create and maintain compelling content under employee value proposition (EVP).
- Build and nurture relationships with universities and relevant organizations to support recruitment efforts.
- Produce engaging and informative content for employer brand communuication
- Develop videos of employee stories, success stories, job posting, graphics, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Proven experience in employer branding or a related role.
- Strong project management and cross functional communication skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling content.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree.
