Responsibilities:

• Post jobs and find potential candidates on dedicated platforms;
• Review resumes and evaluate initial applications;
• Participate in the interviewing process and maintain candidate communication;
• Help organize internal and external events;
• Assist in implementing employee engagement and culture initiatives;
• Work with the HR team on sourcing strategies and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Student or fresh graduate (Human Resources, Communication, or Business Administration);
• Proactive "can-do" attitude and good communication skills;
• Eager to work in an international and diverse environment;
• Comfortable using MS Office;
• Fluency in English.
