Position Summary:

The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Technology) is a delivery‑focused recruiter responsible for managing end‑to‑end hiring across a portfolio of complex and high‑priority technology roles. This role requires strong execution rigor, business partnering capability, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
The incumbent will partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to drive outcomes across sourcing, candidate management, interview coordination, offer closure, and onboarding readiness—while ensuring a consistently positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own full‑cycle recruitment delivery for technology roles across Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Analytics, Cloud, and Security.
  • Manage high‑volume and priority requisitions while maintaining strong pipeline health and time‑to‑fill benchmarks.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders (VP/C‑level exposure), providing market insights and hiring recommendations.
  • Lead hiring kick‑off and review meetings, setting clear expectations on timelines, profiles, and hiring feasibility.
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies aligned to role complexity, market availability, and business urgency.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job boards, internal databases, employee referrals, social media, networking, and talent communities.
  • Proactively build and maintain ready‑to‑hire talent pipelines for recurring and critical skill areas.
  • Screen candidates for technical alignment, experience depth, compensation expectations, availability, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews end‑to‑end, ensure timely feedback collection, and drive candidates through the hiring funnel efficiently.
  • Support offer strategy, preparation, negotiation, and closure in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting on recruiting metrics including time to fill, funnel conversion, pipeline health, and placements.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to junior recruiters, sharing best practices and supporting overall team delivery goals.


Required Skills

  • 6–8 years of end‑to‑end technology recruitment experience, preferably within a product, captive, or technology‑driven organization.
  • Proven success hiring for highly technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and advanced analytics.
  • Strong understanding of technology skillsets, hiring trends, and competitive talent markets.
  • Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), job boards, and digital sourcing tools.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high‑accountability, delivery‑focused environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; confident engaging with senior leaders.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • High integrity with demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
