Position Overview:
As a Senior Specialist – Talent Acquisition, you will own full-cycle recruitment for technology and product roles, from sourcing to onboarding. This role demands strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and process excellence to support rapid growth in a dynamic environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define hiring needs and strategies for technology roles with stakeholders.
- Drive innovative sourcing through diverse channels and branding initiatives.
- Lead recruitment programs and monitor market trends, competitor analysis, and referral programs.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of mid/senior-level professionals and ensure timely onboarding.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize ATS and digital TA tools effectively; analyze recruitment metrics for process improvement.
- Organize placement drives (virtual, campus, walk-ins, hackathons).
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to deliver hiring outcomes.
- Facilitate offers, negotiate terms, and support pre-onboarding processes.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on technology hiring.
- Graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Expertise in ATS, digital TA tools, and market intelligence.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage priorities, meet targets, and make independent decisions.
