Position Overview:


As a Senior Specialist – Talent Acquisition, you will own full-cycle recruitment for technology and product roles, from sourcing to onboarding. This role demands strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and process excellence to support rapid growth in a dynamic environment.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Define hiring needs and strategies for technology roles with stakeholders.
  • Drive innovative sourcing through diverse channels and branding initiatives.
  • Lead recruitment programs and monitor market trends, competitor analysis, and referral programs.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of mid/senior-level professionals and ensure timely onboarding.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Utilize ATS and digital TA tools effectively; analyze recruitment metrics for process improvement.
  • Organize placement drives (virtual, campus, walk-ins, hackathons).
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to deliver hiring outcomes.
  • Facilitate offers, negotiate terms, and support pre-onboarding processes.

Required Skills

 

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on technology hiring.
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Expertise in ATS, digital TA tools, and market intelligence.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage priorities, meet targets, and make independent decisions.
