Role Summary
We are seeking a bold and strategic Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager to lead employer branding, talent attraction, and digital recruiting campaigns for the Colombian BPO market. This role blends creativity, analytics, and leadership, driving high-impact strategies to attract bilingual talent at scale. You will partner closely with Recruitment and Marketing, owning the full funnel of recruitment marketing operations and brand positioning for Colombia.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy for bilingual and high-volume BPO roles.
Develop creative, non-traditional campaigns for talent attraction (Gen Z, Millennials, CX specialists).
Manage recruitment marketing channels: social media, paid media, referral programs, activations, job fairs, influencers, content, landing pages, and employer branding assets.
Align with Recruitment to ensure hiring priorities, volume forecasts, and candidate profiles.
Own KPIs: applicant quality, funnel conversion, cost per hire, CPL, source effectiveness.
Create dashboards and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Enhance employer brand visibility across all platforms, ensuring message consistency.
Identify new recruitment tools and trends relevant to the Colombia BPO ecosystem.
Mentor junior marketing or sourcing resources as the team grows.
Qualifications
5+ years in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, or Digital Marketing.
Proven success managing large-scale recruitment campaigns (ideally BPO).
Strong copywriting, digital strategy, and storytelling skills.
Deep understanding of social platforms, paid ads, content funnels, and marketing automation.
Data-driven decision-making and KPI management experience.
Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and analytics tools.
Full bilingual fluency (English/Spanish).
Experience in LATAM recruitment marketing preferred.
