We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager with BPO experience to develop and implement marketing strategies for our office in Colombia. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our brand, attracting new clients, and supporting recruitment initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead integrated recruitment marketing strategies to support hiring and business growth in Colombia, including digital campaigns for high-volume roles.
  • Manage all recruitment marketing channels: paid media, social media, content, events, internal referrals, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Recruitment teams to align on hiring priorities and design campaigns that drive candidate pipelines and elevate Horatio’s employer brand across channels.
  • Maintain and evolve Horatio’s employer brand, tone, and messaging across all candidate-facing platforms.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns by tracking KPIs such as cost per hire, applicant quality, and source effectiveness; report on results regularly.
  • Stay ahead of recruitment marketing trends and bring forward new tools, tactics, and creative ideas.
  • Manage external agency and vendor relationships, and mentor a small team as needed.


Skills and experience:

  • 5+ years in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition strategy — within the BPO industry (required)
  • Proven ability to drive measurable results across recruitment marketing channels.
  • Advanced, near-native English proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • A creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to talent attraction campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of social, digital, and content marketing applied to employer branding.
  • Experience with data analysis and performance tracking across recruitment pipelines.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment CRM tools.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and a “take-ownership” mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

On-site role based in Bogota.
