Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leadership candidates.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their experience, leadership skills, and overall fit for the role.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and senior leadership.
Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and support candidates through the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate candidate records, hiring reports, and recruitment data in the ATS.
Handle confidential hiring information with professionalism and discretion.
Keep up with market trends and continuously build a network of leadership talent.
3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on leadership and senior-level positions.
Proven track record of successfully filling leadership roles in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, best practices, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with recruitment software, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
Strong understanding of HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Experience with data analysis and reporting.
