Role Summary: Lead recruitment efforts by identifying top talent, managing end-to-end hiring processes, and supporting workforce planning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage job postings, screenings, interviews, and offer processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment plans.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and candidate records.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with preference for headhunter experience in a recruitment agency.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
