To be totally responsible and accountable for the assignments to achieve individual recruitment target within appropriate lead time
• Process end-to-end recruitment needs
• Liaise with hiring manager needs and expectations
• Create strategic talent pipelines for future on-boarding
• Maintain tracking of vacancies
• Responsible for maintenance of internal recruitment database (records of candidates and outcomes throughout the process)
• Start finding suitable candidates from all sources
• Interview candidates, create candidate profiles, candidate letters, candidate assessment reports
• Build up good relationship with potential talented candidates for any co-operation in the future
• Knowing and understanding the job description of all positions
• Induction/orientation for new starters
• Follow up new comers after recruitment to make sure they adapt fluently to the new team and environment.
• Insure relationships with key accounts and superior talents
• Motivating employees to grow within the company.
• Build employer branding
• Performing other duties as assigned by the management.
Knowledge
- Graduated from University in related fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Marketing
- Minimum 3 years hiring experience, preferably in customer service, HR services or in the practice that requested

- Excellent communications skills (both English and Vietnamese)

- Possess leadership, mentoring, training and project management experience and skills.
