The Senior Recruiter's primary responsibility is to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates to meet the
staffing needs of the organization. This involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and
screening candidates to conducting interviews. The Senior Recruiter will contribute to the acquisition of top
talent and the overall success of the company.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for
various positions within the organization. - Source candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other
recruitment channels. - Identifying and utilizing partnerships with schools, institutions and recruitment agencies to open new
channels to enhance candidate diversity. - Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments to
identify suitable candidates. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing support throughout the interview
process. - Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with
company policies and regulations. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and
specifications for open positions. - Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the
available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. - Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection
materials. - Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and
other stakeholders. - Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process,
identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. - Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company
policies. - Attends and organize college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
