MUST HAVE:
Matric
Diploma/Degree in HR Management
2- 5 yrs experience in full cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
Experience with high volume/ bulk recruitment as well as recruiting for specialist roles
Experience in using Applicant Tracking System software
Knowledge of labour legislation
MS Office with Advanced Excel

Talent sourcing, acquisition and onboarding
High volume recruitment as well as recruiting for specialist roles
Analyse recruitment data and create reports
Talent and recruitment branding
Candidate experience enhancement
Compliance with labour legislation
Faciliate and negotiate job offers
Manage recruitment related budgets
Trend analysis on recruitment data
