My client is looking for a Senior Officer: Workforce Planning to join their team at their Head Office in Pretoria.

Duties & Responsibilities

An organisation is seeking a Senior Officer: Workforce Planning to support workforce planning activities within a customer experience environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing operational data, balancing staffing levels with workload demand, and developing workforce plans to ensure resources are effectively utilised. The role includes collecting and analysing customer data, generating reports on work volumes and staffing projections, optimising work schedules, and supporting operational planning aligned to departmental budgets. The position also involves preparing reports and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Operations Management, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a workforce planning or related environment
  • Strong planning, organising, and coordination skills
  • Ability to analyse operational data and produce reports
  • Experience in workforce forecasting, scheduling, and operational planning
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
  • Knowledge of project management and operational processes

Package & Remuneration
