Serve as the focal point of incoming/outgoing HR communications within the cluster.
Monitor Ports Cluster’s employee attendance, handle roster adjustments in response to departmental requests, and communicate issues with the line manager for action.
Analyze cluster’s issues and complaints and resolve issues in line with company policies and applicable laws.
Handle and process the monthly invoices of the department.
Follow up with terminated/resigned employees, receive all required documents, and communicate with shared services to complete the cancellation of residencies, disburse their end-of-service benefits, and provide all assistance from our department.
Support the employees on their applications related to schools, car loans, or housing.
Ensure compliance to company policies and applicable law.
Handle Ports Cluster employee’s visa process requests (renewals & cancelation).
Assist in the onboarding process of Ports Cluster new joiners along with the corporate shared services team.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
