What You Will Do 

As a Senior Marketing Consultant, you will serve as a strategic partner to five business units, leading the development of data driven, insight led recruitment marketing strategies aligned with Caterpillar’s enterprise priorities and employee value proposition. You will manage and influence senior stakeholders often with competing priorities, develop tailored engagement approaches for multiple audience groups, and drive alignment across Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications, and business leaders.

You will use performance data, market insights, and competitive analysis to shape recommendations, optimize campaigns, and guide decision making. You will lead complex, cross functional initiatives; introduce new marketing capabilities; and ensure consistent, high quality execution across global markets—strengthening Caterpillar’s talent attraction efforts across the full candidate journey.

  • Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations. 

 

Top Candidates Will Also Have: 

  • Strong datadriven mindset, with experience using analytics, paid media performance, and market research to inform decisions. 

  • Experience conducting market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights for leadership. 

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, balance competing priorities, and build alignment across complex organizations. 

  • Experience developing integrated marketing strategies, personas, or multichannel recruitment campaigns. 

  • Ability to optimize campaigns based on KPIs and communicate insights through clear, actionable reporting. 

  • Experience leading crossfunctional projects and driving adoption of new tools, processes, or marketing capabilities. 

  • Global mindset with an understanding of how to activate marketing strategies across diverse regions and audiences.

  • The primary location for this position is Irving, TX
  • This role requires 5 days a week in office
  • Domestic relocation is available for those who qualify

Summary Pay Range:

$128,470.00 - $192,710.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
