As Senior Manager, Talent Development, you will play a fungible role across the Talent Development & Programs portfolio, supporting the strategy and execution of talent identification and leadership development programming. You'll collaborate across the organization to design and execute integrated talent development initiatives, translating vision into actionable outcomes. Moving seamlessly between strategic advisory and hands-on execution, you'll create compelling narratives demonstrating program value and ROI while driving measurable business outcomes across all leadership levels.

What will you do?

  • Co-design and execute end-to-end talent development strategies and programs that deliver measurable leadership capability and organizational impact
  • Create compelling narratives that translate program strategy, outcomes, and business value into clear views that secure stakeholder alignment at all levels
  • Collaborate with key partners across the Leadership Team, HR Talent Partners, and COEs to strengthen outcomes and execute strategic priorities
  • Develop solutions aligned to RBC's leadership strategy, focusing on employee experience, human-centric design, and best-in-class talent development
  • Measure program impact and ROI through data analysis; develop insights that drive decision-making and continuous portfolio improvement
  • Stay connected to evolving leader needs and market trends, driving continuous improvement across the portfolio

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale programs in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Exceptional storytelling and narrative-building skills (written and oral) with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and translate strategy, outcomes, and ROI into compelling presentations and one-pagers
  • Strong program and project management expertise with demonstrated ability to execute multi-faceted initiatives, manage multiple deliverables, and meet tight timelines
  • HR and business acumen, including experience in leadership development, talent management, strategy creation and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence with stakeholders at all levels; comfort with ambiguity and independent decision-making

Nice to Have:

  • MBA or equivalent graduate/professional designations
  • Consulting experience with a focus on human capital projects/clients
