Job Summary:
The role of People Operations Senior Director, plays a crucial role in shaping the culture, development, and success of our organization through strategic human resources initiatives. This role leads the development of People Operations Partners to support employees and managers in North America. In addition, this role works directly with Senior Leadership to foster a culture of development and ongoing leadership training.
Essential Functions:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to People Operations Partners to support the organization's goals and objectives. Work closely with POP's to create collaboration with assigned practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor and mediator in resolving employee relations issues alongside POP's. Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Address grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with fairness and sensitivity.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth opportunities. Identify learning needs, develop curriculum, and facilitate training sessions on various topics, including leadership development, technical skills, and compliance training. Work directly with Senior Leadership on programs to foster a high-performance culture.
- Lead organizational change initiatives by communicating effectively, engaging stakeholders, and mitigating resistance. Support managers and employees through transitions such as mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and system implementations.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification highly desirable.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
