ABOUT THE JOB

The Senior Consultant, Performance & Monitoring, design, build and run trusted data products and insights that enable leaders to understand performance, pinpoint constraints and improvement opportunities, and take timely action.

You will own the end‑to‑end data lifecycle—ingestion, transformation, modelling, reporting and analysis—so that Workforce and operational decisions are informed by accurate, timely and well‑governed information.

Drawing on your expertise in data engineering, analytics and visualisation, and your understanding of Workforce Management practices, you will simplify complex data, standardise metrics, and embed monitoring so the organisation can continuously measure, learn and improve.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and run trusted data pipelines and models—ingesting, transforming and curating data for enterprise use.

  • Deliver concise, decision‑ready reporting and analysis that surfaces performance drivers and improvement opportunities.

  • Champion simplification, standardised metrics and governance across data products, dashboards and processes.

  • Coach colleagues and stakeholders to lift data literacy, share best practice, and embed continuous monitoring and insight‑led ways of working.

  • Working in a multi‑disciplinary team to build, maintain and drive adoption of core workforce data products and reports

  • Ensuring stakeholders have reliable, accurate and timely performance reporting with appropriate self‑service access

  • Performing advanced analysis and modelling, turning findings into actionable insights and clear recommendations

  • Developing concise materials and narratives to communicate opportunities and influence stakeholder decisions

  • Authoring requirements, solution designs, delivery plans and functional documentation, maintaining traceability and standards

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years designing and delivering enterprise‑grade data visualisations (Power BI), including semantic models and DAX
  • 4+ years coding for data engineering and analytics (SQL, Python; SAS advantageous)
  • Solid grounding in Workforce Management principles (capacity, demand, service levels, scheduling) and how to operationalise them in data and metrics
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions and regions through clear, insight‑led storytelling
  • Experience with HRIS/WFM and contact‑centre data sets (SAP/Workday, ControlIQ, Aspect); exposure to Databricks/Anaplan favourable
  • Advanced reporting and visualisation in Power BI, including semantic modelling, DAX and performance tuningHigh competency in SQL and Python (SAS advantageous), writing efficient, reliable code for ELT and analytics
  • Experience with enterprise data warehouses/lakehouses (e.g., Databricks) and related tooling an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication—turning analysis into clear narratives and recommendations
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across business and technology
  • Self‑starter who can work independently, balancing multiple deadlines while maintaining quality and governance
  • Knowledge of process documentation and continuous improvement practices
