[What the role is]
Enterprise Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the transformation of our HR processes and systems. This role will be responsible for working across the various functions in HR, to understand pain points, challenge conventional approaches, and drive improvement through a systems-thinking perspective. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to reimagine how we deliver HR services, ensuring our solutions are both innovative and practical.
[What you will be working on]
Process Excellence & Innovation
- Lead end-to-end process reviews, collaborating with stakeholders across HR to understand key needs and pain points
- Design and implement innovative process solutions that balance stakeholder requirements, compliance needs, and operational efficiency
- Drive technology-enabled process improvements through various tools and platforms (e.g. off-the-shelf solutions, custom automation using tools like RPA/Python/Power Automate, or AI enabled solutions)
- Establish robust governance frameworks, including SOPs, compliance measures, to ensure sustainable and consistent service delivery
Change Management
- Partner with stakeholders early to co-create solutions, ensuring their needs and perspectives shape process improvements from design to implementation
- Empower teams to embrace and own new processes through change strategies, including structured training, hands-on support and proper knowledge transfer
Analytics & Insights
- Leverage data analytics to identify improvement opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Transform HR data into strategic insights that drive evidence-based decision making and policy recommendations
- Design and develop dashboards to provide insights to enable decision making
[What we are looking for]
Professional Background
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Strong background in process improvement methodologies
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and digital tools
- Project management experience
