As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Executive – HR Operations & HRBP to join our People Team. This role is critical in driving seamless HR operations, supporting employee lifecycle management, and partnering with business leaders to enhance employee engagement and performance. What will you do every day?


  • Lead new employee orientation, onboarding and L&D (Learning & Development) initiatives company-wide.

  • Facilitate the adoption and improvement of HR programs, policies, and processes to enhance our overall employee experience.

  • Own background verification to conduct thorough and efficient post-employment screenings and manage discrepancies if any.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like marketing for employer branding initiatives.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Plan and execute various engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and in-office engagement.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge their satisfaction and address any concerns or grievances proactively. Foster an open and supportive environment for employees to share feedback and suggestions.

  • Manage the exit process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary formalities to ensure a smooth transition and maintain positive relationships with exit employees.

  • Support internal and external audits related to HR processes and data.

  • Assist in the implementation and management of performance management processes, and 360-degree feedback processes.

  • Oversee the administration and management of G Suite and Slack tools.


Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate? 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR roles. 

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including but not limited to onboarding, performance management, and exit formalities.

  • Proficient in using G Suite and Slack tools for HR purposes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR issues.
