Fully remote-based position within a commutable distance to Boston to attend quarterly meetings and company events.
Salary range $70K to 75K commensurate with experience; $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Administrative & People Operations Associate to join our team. Reporting directly to the CEO and Chief of Staff, you will be instrumental in driving seamless daily operations, enhancing administrative efficiency, and supporting human resources initiatives in our fast-growing, innovative environment.
Senior Administrative & People Operations Administrator Job Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience providing administrative support to C-suite executives and managing business operations; project management expertise highly desirable
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities, with superior written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work autonomously while effectively managing shifting priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, with a strong sense of initiative
- Advanced technical proficiency, including expert-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, WebEx, and Google Meet
- Ability to commute to Boston as needed for quarterly meetings, company functions, and executive events.

Senior Administrative & People Operations Administrator Job Responsibilities
- Oversee general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Chief of Staff, serving as a gatekeeper and managing executive correspondence.
- Brief and prepare the CEO for all meetings, engagements, and events.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, materials, and minutes, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team, staff, external partners, and vendors.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, correspondence, and official documents with minimal guidance.
- Assist with annual report filings, audit preparation, and compliance with legal and funding requirements.
- Support the Director of Education in maintaining national accreditation with ACPE.
- Manage office supplies, procurement processes, and equipment orders.
- Implement and improve administrative systems, processes, and policies.
- Oversee invoice payments, assist with operating budget management, and collaborate on department budgets.
- Triage inquiries and requests for company services, including grant portal and government funding access.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate company functions, events, and third-party contractor activities.
- Maintain logs and records, including gift card tracking, email distribution lists, and required state reports.
- Collect, analyze, and report operational, financial, and performance data; maintain dashboards and executive summaries.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and KPI reviews.
- Support HR functions: onboarding, recordkeeping, policy enforcement, benefits administration, and recruitment.
- Perform candidate phone screens, reference checks, and maintain personnel files for compliance.
- Track employee certifications, licenses, insurance policies, PTO, and timekeeping.
- Process employee benefits, manage renewals with brokers, reconcile receipts, and prepare mileage and reimbursement reports.

End Mass Overdose Inc. doing business as EMO Health is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was founded by a female Navy Veteran in 2015 to provide innovative solutions and leverage pharmacists as drug experts and educators to improve medication usage and health outcomes.
In 2017, EMO Health partnered with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health to pilot a first-of-its-kind medication model of care in a 100-bed ASAM 3.1 level of care addiction treatment facility. The program gained national recognition in 2018 and is currently funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Today, EMO’s medication management and training services are open to 500 substance use disorder programs serving over 5,800 patients in Massachusetts.
