Main Responsibilities
1. Design, oversee implementation, and review policies related to organization and talent development aligned with the company's strategy.
2. Translate Human Capital Strategy into Organization & Talent Development Strategy/Blueprint, and cascade it into departmental plans and initiatives.
3. Propose and review organizational structures to ensure alignment with business needs.
4. Monitor and ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, labor regulations, and strategic objectives.
5. Develop and implement HR development infrastructure based on accurate and reliable
6. Monitor High Potential Employees (HiPo) and ensure effective succession planning across the organization.
7. Design and implement the Samudera Management Development Program (SMDP) to build future leaders within the company.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or other related fields.
At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
Certified in Human Resources Management (CHRM) or equivalent.
Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.
Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable talent development programs.
Familiar with Human Capital systems, including data management, process monitoring, and reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
