Position title: SAP iXP Intern - Employer Branding Coordinator (limited, full-time)

 

Bring your passion for creating impactful social media content, help us build engaging employee stories that engage potential candidates, and make them want to work here. 

 

What you bring:

  • Educational requirements: University student.
  • You are an excellent communicators and self-initiators who are able to prioritise and manage their workloads on a globally distributed team.
  • You have an understanding of storytelling, audience engagement and proven skills in creating compelling social media content (short-form video, carousels, captions) are essential.
  • Previous employer branding experience is not required.
  • Copywriting experience is a plus. 

 

What you’ll build:

  • You will work with Employer Branding colleagues to create and publish content that positions SAP as an employer of choice to different target audiences around the world.
  • You live and breathe social media, are clued in on the latest trends, and dare to test and shoot fresh content ideas. 
  • You will also have the opportunity to support recruitment marketing campaigns, collaborate with different stakeholders, and support cross-functional projects such as careers site content development. 
  • This is a unique opportunity to blend HR and marketing knowledge with social media content creation whilst learning from an award-winning employer brand team. 

 

Where you’ll belong

The Global Employer Brand Team comprises subject matter experts from all over the world who work collaboratively to present SAP an employer of choice to the external talent market. We attract great talent through recruitment marketing campaigns; own the LifeAtSAP social accounts; run the SAP careers site and provide employer branding support to Talent Discovery and People & Culture teams, and the wider business.
