Job Title: Remote Talent Acquisition & Operations Lead (100% Work From Home) 

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time 

Salary: $3,000/month base with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $5,000–$7,000/month (based on performance bonuses tied to hiring and operational impact)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time

 

Job Overview

Our client is a fast-scaling real estate investment and coaching company. They help entrepreneurs grow wealth through distressed property acquisitions, high-ticket coaching, and remote sales systems. As they expand, we’re looking for someone who can drive results in both Talent Acquisition and Operations/Systems for them.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition (70%)
    • Source and hire top-performing real estate and remote sales professionals (SDRs, Closers, Acquisitions/Dispositions)
    • Focus on outbound recruiting for passive candidates via LinkedIn and strategic sourcing tools
    • Manage 2–5 new hires weekly across sales roles
    • Partner with external recruiting vendors and our internal People Ops team
    • Track recruiting pipeline, performance, and hiring metrics
  • Operations & Tech Systems (30%)
    • Support backend operations and tools (Go High Level, Monday.com, GSuite, Dropbox, etc.)
    • Help document processes and refine onboarding systems
    • Contribute to tech optimization and SOP development
    • Assist the COO and Director of People with cross-functional operations projects

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies: 

  • 3–5+ years of recruiting or operations experience, preferably in fast-paced environments
  • Business Administration or related background a plus
  • Strong sourcing skills (outbound, passive talent, Boolean search, etc.)
  • Systems-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, ATS, and project management tools
  • High initiative, strong organizational skills, and a growth mindset
