Regional HR Director

HRW Companies is looking for a compassionate and responsible Regional Human Resource Director to organize our facility's day-to-day operations. As a Regional HR Director you will help with oversight of 6 of our facilities throughout Missouri. Things you will be responsible for: 

• Employee File Audits
• daily ASR tracking
• employee write ups
• onboarding of new employees
• Biweekly payroll
• interviewing potential candidates
• helping get and keeping employees
  

In this role you will also work close with Administrators to help make sure operations move smoothly. You will be a go to person for employee grievances.  

You will work out of the corporate office in Hannibal. 

The right candidate needs to be skilled in the areas of: 

• Microsoft excel, word, outlook, SharePoint, etc. 
• good at dealing with conflicts and being able to resolve them peacefully
• able to follow all HIPPA guidelines 
• able to have good communication with staff and administrators.
• detail oriented
• ability to travel if needed
• good problem-solving skills
