Recruitment Specialist ( UAE Experience Must)

🚨 We’re Hiring: Recruitment Specialist– Dubai 🚨

Udrive Rent a Car is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UAE hiring market with hands-on experience in driver recruitment and bulk hiring.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for drivers and operational roles
• Handle high-volume driver hiring, including walk-ins and bulk recruitment drives
• Coordinate road tests, interviews, shortlisting, and onboarding activities
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, professional networks, and walk-ins
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams
• Prepare candidate assessments, interview feedback, and evaluation reports
• Coordinate offers, joining formalities, and documentation
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the Dubai / UAE labour market, visa processes, and hiring documentation

Requirements and Skills

• Proven recruitment experience in Dubai / UAE
• Prior experience in driver hiring is mandatory
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment and high-volume hiring
• Strong interview scheduling, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
