Description

DATAMARK, Inc. is looking for a creative and results-driven Recruitment Marketer to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruitment Marketer will play a vital role in enhancing our employer brand and implementing effective recruitment marketing strategies to engage potential candidates.

In this position, the Recruitment Marketer will develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sourcing campaigns aimed at promoting our company culture, job opportunities, and overall employer value proposition. They will leverage various digital marketing channels, including social media and employer branding sites, to share compelling content and attract qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing campaigns using online platforms and foster partnerships with local organizations, educational institutions, and community groups to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture, values, and work environment through compelling storytelling and brand-aligned messaging that enhance our visibility as an employer of choice.
  • Online Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to reviews on platforms like Glassdoor and Indeed, ensuring our employer brand is positively represented.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the company’s recruiting presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • Candidate & New Hire Experience: Assist in the design and execution of engagement strategies, including onboarding touchpoints and post-hire surveys, to gather insights and continuously improve the recruitment journey.
  • Event Organization: Plan and host recruitment events such as job fairs, open houses, and virtual info sessions to connect with potential candidates.
  • Content Creation: Assist in the development of engaging content that highlights the benefits of working at the company, including employee testimonials, day-in-the-life videos, and behind-the-scenes features.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition Manager and Marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or employer branding highly desired.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
  • Passion for company culture and engagement.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.
