Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute online sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for BPO roles. Create, post, and manage job advertisements across various platforms including job boards, social media, and internal sites.
Design visually engaging recruitment materials and digital graphics aligned with branding guidelines. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and target audience.
Optimize job ads using SEO techniques and current market trends. Monitor and analyze sourcing campaign performance; provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and talent community engagement.
Utilize tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for design work.
Ensure consistent messaging and employer branding across all sourcing channels.
Stay updated on digital marketing and sourcing trends to continuously enhance strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field. At least 1–2 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO setting.
Proven experience in managing online recruitment campaigns and job ad creation.
Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
Strong understanding of social media recruitment and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
