You’ll Achieve Success by:

Being the strategic owner for specific markets, roles, or talent segments; building full-funnel marketing strategies that drive awareness, consideration, conversion, and quality hires. You’ll translate business goals into integrated plans, gain consensus from cross-functional leaders, manage complex campaigns across channels, and own the results.

  • Architect and own full-funnel, candidate-journey strategy, integrating audience segmentation, messaging and creative, paid search/social/programmatic/job boards, SEO/website/landing experiences, CRM/email/SMS, retargeting, and on-site conversion, into cohesive, test-and-learn plans with clear KPIs, attribution, and ROI targets.
  • Orchestrate creative briefs, content needs, landing experiences, and conversion paths in partnership with Creative, CRM, and Digital.
  • Utilize analytics to maximize your campaigns performance and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Manage budgets and vendors/agency partners; forecast, pace, and reallocate to maximize ROI and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with talent acquisition and stakeholders to understand the nuances of their hard-to-fill roles and pipelines and report on results and progress.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to proactively evolve strategies to keep TAG on the leading edge.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in results-driven marketing (growth/demand gen/performance); recruitment marketing and/or healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Proven success creating and executing integrated marketing strategies and managing complex programs to measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytics: funnel analysis, experimentation, attribution basics; proficiency with GA4 and other analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and programmatic/job advertising platforms; experience with CRM concepts.
  • Influence and facilitation skills to align senior and cross functional stakeholders with different priorities; excellent written and verbal storytelling.
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies/platforms, and building executive-ready presentations.
  • Occasional travel required

Annual Pay Range: $115-135k with bonus opportunity
