We are looking for a creative and innovative Recruitment Marketing Consultant for a well known sporting client. The successful applicant will own the design, delivery and performance analysis for volume recruitment marketing campaigns. 

This role is currently offered on a part-time basis with full remote working considered. 
 

Position Overview:

The Recruitment Marketing Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote the company's talent solutions offering, company culture, and employer value proposition (EVP).

This role is ideal for someone with a blend of creative and strategic skills, who is passionate about talent acquisition and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employer Branding & Strategy:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy to build and enhance our employer brand, ensuring it resonates with top talent in our industry.

  • Content Creation:
    Create engaging, high-quality content for various platforms, including job ads, social media posts, blog articles, videos, employee testimonials, and more, to attract and engage potential candidates.

  • Campaign Management:
    Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, etc.) 

  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with tin-house and client teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment marketing efforts.

  • Talent Pool Development:
    Build and nurture talent pipelines through targeted campaigns, including engaging passive candidates and fostering long-term relationships.

  • Employee Advocacy & Engagement:
    Leverage employee stories, testimonials, and user-generated content to humanise the employer brand and promote a positive work culture.

  • Recruitment Event Promotion:
    Plan and promote virtual and in-person recruitment events, including career fairs, webinars, and company tours, to engage with potential candidates.

  • Market Research:
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment marketing and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing, preferably in a recruitment or HR setting
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (social media, job boards, paid advertising, SEO, etc.)
  • Experience with content creation, campaign management, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to different audiences
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent acquisition software is a plus
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, recruitment, and marketing
