The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for Staff to Supervisory roles across the companies under RelianceUnited. He/She will be partnering with hiring managers in sourcing initiatives, screening and selection process. The role will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager
Duties and responsibilities
Proactively connects with hiring managers for calibration meetings on newly filed requisitions to understand the search requirements, processes, and timelines.
Sourcing and screening of candidates from various sourcing channels
Works closely with colleagues and HRBPs in coming up with strategies in pipeline generation
Conducts initial interviews and write-up creations for qualified candidates for endorsement to hiring managers
Coordinates with candidates and hiring managers on interview schedules
Provides timely feedback on interview results with candidates
Works on salary negotiations with candidates and the business
Submits recruitment progress reports on a daily basis/weekly/monthly basis or as required
Would act as a Talent Advisor for hiring managers and would give recommendations based on hiring needs
Would perform Market Analysis and maintains trackers/reports for data gathering and data storytelling
Perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any business related course
At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Must be creative in coming up with sourcing strategies in generating profiles for each requisitions
Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to connect and build positive relationships with people across the organization and with candidates
Strong operational discipline - able to manage time and resources to deliver on critical outcomes.
Able to work gracefully under pressure and work in a timeline driven environment
Must be data driven - has a background in Excel / Google Sheets and reports creation
Has the ability to understand the market and be able to come up with recommendations as a Talent Advisor
Background in a shared service environment is a plus
