We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Employee Engagement Coordinator. This is a part-time, 20-hour-per-week role based onsite at the Fargo campus. This position has a primary focus on on-site employee engagement and will work closely with all levels of leadership and various departments.


Success in this role requires building strong relationships, engaging in proactive communication, and supporting daily operations that align with the on-site team’s goals and objectives. This position will also play a key part in managing consistent and standardized processes, communications, and day-to-day operations for our customer and partner engagement programs.


Key Responsibilities  

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, capturing meeting notes, preparing communications, gathering the necessary information for decision-making, and supporting the prioritization of tasks 
  • Support coordination of signature campus events, guest event planning, and career exploration panels
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to understand direction, vision, and priorities, ensuring all communications are strategic, consistent, and impactful 
  • Build and maintain communication calendars and coordinate content updates across multiple platforms and tools (ie, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and newsletters) 


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of event experience 
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote 
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and anticipatory skills 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels within an organization 
  • Skilled in newsletter creation, photo curation, and poster creation
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects at once, in addition to working through ambiguity 
  • Must be assertive, have a high level of integrity, and consistently demonstrate a positive can-do attitude with the ability to maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism 
  • Able to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside of the immediate team, and accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and groups 
  • Comfortable in a high-paced and dynamic team environment
