About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team on a 6-month fixed- term, full time basis (parental leave).
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support key operations, including billing, policy updates, training facilitation, and contract management. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth service delivery and provide timely solutions. Role Duties include:
Essential Skills:
• Exceptional level of computer literacy
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability in the provision of basic training in IT systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
• Ability to identify and engage with different stakeholder groups
• High level of attention to detail.
• National Police Clearance Certificate, NDIS Workers Screening Check
Desirable:
• Previous experience in a similar, data-related role within the Disability Sector.
• Experience in processing NDIS, Medicare, My Aged Care or Private Health payments.
• Formal qualification in Business or related field.
