Description
Panzura is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our India team. This role is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws. The People Ops Generalist will act as a key partner to team members and managers, ensuring a positive experience while helping scale our people processes as the business grows.
Candidates are required to live in Pune and work regularly from our office. No relocation will be supported.
This role is available for hire through our employer of record, Deel.

Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience working for a US based company is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
