Plan, coordinate, and execute culture-building initiatives, including in-office experiences, company-wide moments, and team events both onsite and offsite
Partner with leaders and teams to create meaningful employee experiences that foster connection, belonging, and collaboration
Support recognition, celebrations, and milestones that reinforce company values and community
Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve employee experience and engagement
Own logistics and execution for employee events, from planning through day-of coordination and follow-up
Manage vendor relationships, budgets, timelines, and communications related to culture events
Ensure events are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with company values
Support internal communications related to culture initiatives, events, and People Operations programs
Draft clear, engaging messaging for emails, intranet posts, and other internal channels
Partner with People Ops and leadership to ensure communications are timely, transparent, and employee-centered
Assist with the coordination and delivery of learning and development programs
Support onboarding experiences and ongoing learning initiatives
Help manage learning tools, resources, and communications
Track participation and feedback to inform future programming
Collaborate closely with the broader People Operations team on engagement, wellbeing, DEI, and talent initiatives
Help manage calendars, project plans, and timelines for People Ops programs
Support ad hoc projects that enhance employee experience and culture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Analytical mindset to measure the effectiveness of programs and recommend improvements
Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence, understanding the needs and concerns of employees and cultivating a supportive and inclusive work environment
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ways to enhance employee experiences
Passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives
Ability to craft compelling messaging for internal communications and employer branding
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address challenges and continuously improve programs
2–5 years of proven experience in employee engagement, employee, HR, internal communications, or a related field
Experience in onboarding, rewards & recognition programs, event planning, or well-being initiatives is highly desirable
Prior experience in a fast-paced or growth-oriented company is a plus
A passion for cultivating inclusive cultures and championing employee well-being and professional growth
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or equal experience in a related field
