Onboarding & Personnel Coordination
Partner with operations, clinical, People Operations and leadership teams to ensure a timely, compliant, and welcoming onboarding experience
Oversee onboarding checklists and documentation; ensure all necessary files (I-9s, background checks, licensure, credentialing) are in place and audit-ready
Contribute to the internal onboarding program for new office-based employees, helping to improve and maintain training content, checklists, and new hire touchpoints
Own the day-to-day aspects of internal onboarding for all new hires.
Employee Support & Communication
Serve as the Tier 1 support contact for HR and case support related to Workday, Kantime, HealthStream, benefits, policies, employment status, and more
Respond to employment verification and subpoena requests in a timely and professional manner
Spot patterns in inquiries and help us build clearer tools and better self-service to reduce friction across the employee journey
Provide responsive, solutions-oriented support that reflects our values and culture
HR Systems & Reporting
Maintain employee data in Workday, ensuring accuracy of positions, locations, supervisory orgs, and assignments
Maintain reporting requirements to support compliance, audits, onboarding, performance review, credentialing, and separation; work with HR and leadership teams to support timely, accurate, and quality completion of process across the employee life cycle (performance reviews, onboarding requirements, renewables, terminations, etc.)
Support Workday-related troubleshooting and partner with the HRIS Analyst to improve workflows
Maintain systems accuracy across other platforms like KanTime, Relias, and OnTask
Process Compensation changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations in Workday
Documentation, Training, & Process
Support new hire and ongoing training for internal teams, including occasion travel for onsite training opportunities in branch locations
Perform regular audits of personnel records, I-9s, and training compliance
Help build and maintain internal guides, email templates, how-tos, and SOPs
Collaborate on exit processes and term documentation
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve how we share information, and enhance the experience of our clinical and office teams
Support additional HR initiatives, projects, or responsibilities as needed to meet the evolving needs of the team and organization.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
Bring 3+ years of HR experience (onboarding, HR admin, employee support, or HR systems preferred)
Have or are working toward a SHRM-CP or PHR certification
Are highly organized, detail-focused, and follow through consistently on repeatable processes, and can prioritize and balance competing priorities well
Communicate clearly and kindly across levels, and know how to translate policies or processes in a way that makes sense to the end user
Are driven, proactive, and always thinking about what can be improved—from checklists to onboarding emails to system setup
Stay current on HR best practices and look for ways to modernize workflows without overcomplicating them
Enjoy working within a consistent structure, but also value the opportunity to spot gaps and build better tools
