The People Operations team delivers transactional and strategic support across the entire human capital lifecycle. We are trusted advisors who deliver innovative and scalable human capital solutions. The team consists of 8 functional teams primarily based in Tampa, FL.
The Talent Acquisition Enablement team provides operational support to the US, Mexico & Canadian firms across disciplines including resume review, interview scheduling, offer letters and new joiner onboarding.
The Interview Scheduling Support Team supports Talent Acquisition by scheduling interviews for Advisory, Business Services and Tax/Assurance lines of service to assist recruiters and the business in bringing in top talent for the PwC US firm. This role works directly with Business Recruiters to better understand their scheduling needs and ensure a streamlined, efficient and overall positive interview experience for both candidates and Interviewers.

2-3 year(s) of experience in administrative or similar fields.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates some ability, and/or proven record of success in, providing operational support for recruiting lifecycles, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including in the following areas:
● Providing administrative support for the recruiting process, which includes, but is not limited to: scheduling internal and external candidates to interview with hiring managers and staff from the business, validating alumni rehire eligibility and reactivating candidates in related systems
● Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to
effectively communicate with business recruiters, hiring managers and candidates
● Ability to multi-task and leverage critical thinking skills to deliver high quality/accurate work with speed;
● Ability to be remain calm under pressure in a fast paced environment;
● Creating and maintaining process documentation with attention to details;
● Utilizing relevant technology, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
Workday, Yello, Google and other firm sponsored web-based technologies.
● Oral and written proficiency in English and French required.
