Summary
The People Operations Specialist works closely with business leaders and area managers to build their people capability, plan, and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives. The People Operations Specialist initiates and leads People Operations practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
