Job Profile Summary (Job Summary)

Responsible for delivering talent acquisition and people operations support across Hong Kong and Taiwan, focusing on strategic hiring, early career programs, employer branding, HR partnership, and compliance with company policies and workforce initiatives.

Job Description (What You Will Do)

  • Lead and drive early career program initiatives in Hong Kong and Taiwan, including the Internship program and campus outreach efforts.
  • Lead professional hirings across Hong Kong and Taiwan, by supporting to attract, hire, and retain top talent efficiently
  • Serve as the focal point for employer branding, enhancing visibility and positioning the company as an employer of choice.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to designated functions, delivering tailored people solutions that align with business goals
  • Drive data-driven HR initiatives to inform decision-making and strengthen workforce strategies.
  • Build strong talent pipelines and sourcing strategies through multiple channels including social media, job boards, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations, and provide guidance to employees and managers on policy interpretation
  • Provide guidance and support on people-related matters within the organization.
  • Plan and execute strategies for acquiring and managing the workforce to meet operational needs effectively.
  • Manage workforce transitions, including reorganizations, restructures with sensitivity and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Customize regional projects and programs to suit local needs and ensure effective implementation at the sub-regional or market level
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements (You will be a great fit if you have)

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in any discipline.
  • Experience: Relevant work experience in HR or related fields based on the following number of years:
  • Associate: Prior experience not required
  • Standard: Two (2) years
  • Senior: Four (4) years
