Job Summary:
The People Operations Services Coordinator is a key contributor to the success of Greenix’s People Operations function. This role supports a wide range of employee lifecycle processes, including talent acquisition coordination, HRIS data entry and maintenance, pest control licensing support, and employee case resolution. The coordinator ensures timely and accurate service delivery through Workday and other platforms, while maintaining compliance and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries via the HR hotline and Workday ticketing system.
- Create and manage tickets for employee calls and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating interview logistics, background checks, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in Workday, including status changes, benefits, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with pest control license processing and renewals, ensuring timely submission and tracking across multiple states.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Licensing, and Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless employee support.
- Monitor and respond to HR case management system inquiries within defined SLAs.
- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation scheduling and exit documentation.
- Track and support compliance training completion and reporting.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs, knowledge articles, and internal HR documentation.
- Support seasonal and agile HR initiatives such as open enrollment, audits, and special projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the People Operations team.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or customer service.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
- Basic understanding of employment laws, licensing requirements, and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience supporting multi-state operations or licensing functions.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
- Exposure to case management systems and employee support platforms.

- Office-based role located in Orem, UT.
- Hybrid schedule may be made available (up to 2 days/week remote) after 90 days in the position.
