Job Summary:
The People Operations Services Analyst is a strategic and technical contributor to the People Operations team, responsible for analyzing HR data, optimizing systems and processes, and supporting compliance and operational excellence. This role combines analytical rigor with hands-on HR support, including talent acquisition coordination, HRIS data management, benefits auditing, and regulatory reporting. The Analyst plays a key role in driving data-informed decisions and enhancing the employee experience across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze HR data to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve service delivery across the employee lifecycle.
Maintain and update employee records in Workday, ensuring data accuracy for new hires, status changes, benefits, and compliance documentation.
Support pest control license processing and renewals, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
Respond to employee inquiries via the HR hotline and Workday ticketing system, providing accurate and empathetic support.
Create and manage tickets for employee calls and requests, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support interview coordination, background checks, and candidate communications.
Conduct audits of benefits enrollment and vendor invoicing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and submit compliance reports including EEO-1, ACA, BLS, and other federal/state filings.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports related to headcount, turnover, diversity, and other key metrics.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs, FAQs, and internal HR documentation.
Participate in seasonal and agile HR initiatives such as open enrollment, audits, and special projects.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the People Operations Services team.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
0 – 2 years of experience in HR analytics, operations, or generalist role with data analytics background.
Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
Familiarity with compliance reporting requirements (EEO-1, ACA, BLS, etc.).
Advanced Excel skills including:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in HR analytics, operations, or generalist role with data analytics background.
Advanced Excel proficiency, including:
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to build HR dashboards and present insights to leadership.
Experience preparing and submitting compliance reports, including:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
HR Data Analytics certification ( (AIHR, SHRM, HRCI. HCI, eCornell, Wharton, etc.) highly desired.

Work Environment:
Office-based role located in Orem, UT.
Hybrid schedule may be available (up to 2 days/week remote) after 90 days in the position.
