· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Implement and champion new people programs and systems that drive efficient employee processes and a positive employee experience. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage relationships, contracts, and service delivery with key People Operations vendors and service providers. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Execute end\-to\-end onboarding and offboarding processes with a strong focus on data collection, accuracy, and integrity, including employee profile setup (Zoho), staff confirmations, and exit management. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate and support performance management processes, including process initiation, tracking, and reporting. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Process overtime requests, invoices, and other vendor\-related payment matters in collaboration with Finance. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support employee data reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate closely with cross\-functional team members to execute People & Culture plans and strategies. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Utilize HR tools and systems effectively, including HRIS platforms, Office 365 tools (Forms, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), to ensure smooth people operations. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelorâs degree in social sciences and other relevant disciplines · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum of 3 yearsâ experience<\/span><\/b> in a People Operations, HR Operations, or similar role. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Relevant HR certification such as <\/b>CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI<\/span><\/b> <\/b>is <\/b>required. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven problem\-solving, organizational, and time\-management skills. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong collaboration skills with a team\-oriented mindset. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>High attention to detail and process\-oriented approach to work. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Demonstrated ability to learn, unlearn, and relearn<\/span> <\/b>in a fast\-paced and evolving environment.
