What You’ll Be Doing

As our People Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent who align with our company values.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation systems to help employees thrive and grow.
- Policy Development: Create and maintain HR policies that comply with legal standards and reflect our company’s unique culture.
- Training and Development: Identify opportunities for professional development and coordinate training programs to enhance team skills.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in HR, people operations, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Leadership Skills: The ability to lead initiatives, manage change, and inspire others.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving workplace challenges.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to connect with employees at all levels.
- Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
