Aiimi is seeking a People Operations Manager to join our People team and support our consultants in doing their best work. This role is ideal for someone with strong people management experience who can combine hands-on HR operations with strategic initiatives to create an environment where our people thrive.
This role requires a minimum of 2–3 days per week in the Milton Keynes office, so candidates who are local or within a reasonable commuting distance are preferred.
Requirements
Essential
Proven people management experience, coaching and developing others.
Strong HR background across onboarding, performance cycles, ER, benefits, and compliance.
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob or similar).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Passion for fostering an inclusive, people-first culture.
Nice to have
Experience in a high-growth, data, or AI consultancy.
Knowledge of D&I, wellbeing, or L&D initiatives.
Experience supporting organisational change or scaling businesses.
