Our client is an emerging financial market advisory firm specializing in strategy design, investment advisory, and business structuring for technology companies at various stages.

About the role

As a People Operations Manager, you will have both internal and external stakeholders. Internally, you will oversee all aspects of People Operations practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services. For the external stakeholders, you will support client teams as they design People Operations related strategies, recruitment, employee total reward package designs, and processes for the technology companies that we support.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement People Ops policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives and comply with labor laws and regulations.

  • Develop and implement employee total rewards plans including base compensation, variable pay, and alternative incentives

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and making job offers.

  • Develop and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.

  • Manage the performance appraisal process, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies that foster a positive work environment and promote employee satisfaction.

  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees as needed.

  • Develop and implement people ops policies

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

  • Maintain and update HR records and databases.

  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

  • Prepare any of the above processes for client projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working in the technology industry is a plus

  • Good business sense and commercial awareness.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong presentation and data analytics skills

  • Quick learner.

  • Ability to work in multicultural environment and multidisciplinary teams.

  • High degree of rigor and attention to detail.

  • Fluent in English
