People Operations Manager
At Aidn, weâre building the next-generation patient journal, one that makes collaboration between patients, healthcare professionals, and next of kin feel effortless. But great technology is only half of the story. The other half is our people.
Behind every product launch, support request, or breakthrough feature is a team of people who care deeply about what they do. Keeping that energy, motivation, and sense of purpose alive as we scale is one of the most important things we can do â and thatâs where you come in.
As People Operations Manager, youâll help us build and maintain a great place to work. Youâll lead and coach our People Ops Specialists, support managers in solving real people challenges, and make sure our employee experience is both human and consistent. Youâll also be the steady hand ensuring that we know what we can do, so we can decide what is wise to do.
This is a leadership role for someone who wants to make Aidn an even better place to work â for the people shaping the future of Norwegian healthcare.
Over the next year, youâll focus on making Aidnâs People function run smoothly, scaling our culture and improving how we work every day. Some examples of what youâll take on:
Lead and develop the People Ops Specialists, setting priorities and building their competence.
Be a trusted partner for managers across Aidn â helping them find practical, people-first solutions to their challenges.
Improve how we deliver onboarding, offboarding, and everyday People processes.
Ensure fairness, transparency, and good judgment in all employment decisions.
Partner with the Chief People Officer to use data and insights to guide priorities and improvements.
Oversee recruitment delivery and make sure we hire people who share our mission and values.
Weâre looking for someone whoâs curious, calm under pressure, and able to connect the dots between people, processes, and business needs. Youâre experienced enough to lead with confidence, but still hands-on and grounded.
You probably have:
Min 5â7+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, including leadership responsibility.
Experience coaching and supporting managers with everyday people topics.
A pragmatic, people-first mindset and a drive to improve how things work.
Strong communication skills and the ability to make complexity simple, both in Norwegian and English.
Itâs a plus if youâve worked in fast-growing companies or tech/startup environments, or if you enjoy creating structure where there isnât much yet.
