📌 What We’re Looking For: People Operations Intern

DANA is looking for a People Operations Intern to support daily HR functions and contribute to the optimization of our HR systems. In this role, you will help streamline HR processes, support employee engagement, and participate in HR automation projects that improve the employee experience. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of People Operations in a leading fintech environment.

What You Will Do:

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee queries, HR administration, and supporting outsourced data management.
• Participate in the HR system automation project by conducting testing, preparing documentation, and collecting feedback.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and improve HR-related workflows.
  

What You Will Need:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• Passion for HR operations, data accuracy, and technology-driven HR solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Canva.
• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Basic understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee data, or payroll is a plus.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.
